Adventure Dwellers Urban Housing

A low rise multi dwelling around an existing mahogany plantation sets itself apart, by its unique common space of adventure activities, to offer an experience of “living amidst natural oasis” in a city that is becoming rapidly dense.

The housing blocks are spacious 3-4 bedroom units arranged along periphery availing maximum light and views of common central space in simple 4 storied blocks.

An interface building that can potentially hold multiple commercial / cultural activities. Work spaces are planned in the converging part of the site.

Besides the clubhouse, school and library, special outdoors’ functions include hobby clubs, wood machans, Burma brides, camping, terrace gardens and zones where the residents themselves can create temporary community structures. The meandering paths in between are also meant for large scale carnival stalls to come up allowing outsiders to come into the central zone without disturbing the peripheral residential blocks.
